Office Lobby Fitout Montrose – Glass Walls & Polished Porcelain Tile Design

The ground-floor lobby of a multi-tenant building in Montrose was outdated with worn carpet, fluorescent lighting and heavy plasterboard walls. We replaced solid walls with full-height glass partitions that allow light to flow between the lobby and adjacent tenancies. The floor is large-format polished porcelain tile in cream and charcoal creating directional flow from entry to lift and stairwell. Recessed LED panel lighting replaced the fluorescent tubes. A signage niche was built for tenant directories. A minimalist bench sits along one wall for visitors. The result is a clean, contemporary entry that lifts the entire building.
