Overview
This Ringwood ensuite was redesigned with a minimalist approach. The homeowners wanted a calm, spa-like retreat that felt uncluttered. The centrepiece is a dark-toned floating vanity with a natural marble benchtop and white vessel basin, set off by a matte black wall-mounted mixer. A fixed glass shower panel with matte black channel replaced the old shower-over-bath, and all shower fixtures are in matching black. Walls are finished in large-format rectified tiles in soft grey, with a lighter floor tile to keep the room bright. We installed a cavity sliding door to replace the original hinged door, freeing up wall space and improving the flow from the adjacent bedroom
Completed in 4 weeks. The cavity sliding door freed up 800mm of wall space that the hinged door previously consumed, allowing a larger vanity than the original room could have accommodated.
