Office Foyer Refurbishment Upper Ferntree Gully – Open Staircase with Timber Feature Wall
A two-level commercial building underwent a complete foyer and circulation refurbishment. The existing staircase was an enclosed design with solid walls and carpet treads. We removed the enclosing walls, installed a new stainless steel stair frame with open treads and full glass balustrade panels. A timber-clad feature wall frames the staircase landing. The ground floor uses timber-look vinyl plank and grey porcelain tile to delineate different zones. LED downlights and feature pendants at the stairwell provide layered lighting. White cylindrical columns frame the entry zone.
